Boot Camp with ACE Certified Personal Trainer Suzi Pease
Tuesday / Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 AM.  Class runs from June 22nd through August 26th
A HIGH intensity workout that emphasizes muscle strength/endurance and cardio fitness.  Boot Camp will have you sweating as you move through strength training circuits with cardio intervals.   
 
To register for Suzi's classes: Fitness punch cards can be purchased from Suzi Pease and used for any of her classes above.

Functional Fusion
Monday / Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:00 AM.  Class runs from July 5th through July 28th
This class brings the best of Pilates and Yoga movement into one seamless flow. Small props of resistive bands and sponge balls add challenge, support and variety. Whether you are a beginner or a body mind guru, this workout will be sure to challenge the core, improve whole body strength, balance and flexibility, while focusing the mind and energizing the spirit! Sign up today! Space is limited. * Bring a mat, a towel and a water bottle.

Teen Fitness Challenge
Tuesday / Thursday from 3:00 - 4:00 PM.  Class runs from July 6th through July 29th
Attention Teens 13+ ... if you are playing a sport, or want to tone up for summer and stay fit for life. This is the class to get and keep you there.  This circuit style formatted class will get your heart pumping, with a combination of cardio routines, strength training stations and stretching To improve balance, agility and flexibility. Join us and Step up to the challenge!!
