Swim Suits will be available for trying on and determining correct suit size.  The swim suit will be the same as last year.  If your swimmer's suit still fits, there is no need to purchase a suite for 2009.  A new suit will be introduced in 2010.

Swimmer's Ear

You can help prevent Swimmer's Ear by doing some preventative medicine (please remember that I am a parent and not a Doctor, so please take this advise accordingly). You can prevent Swimmer's Ear by making sure the ear canal stays dry. The easiest way we have found to do that is to use a product called Auro-Dri. Auro-Dri is a liquid solution that is 95% Isopropyl alcohol and can be bought at any local pharmacy. We simply put 3-4 drops in an ear each night when the kids go to bed. We alternate ears each night. You can also make your own solution with 50% distilled vinegar and 50% rubbing alcohol. A little preventative medicine can save your swimmers a lot of pain and can keep them swimming for the remainder of the season. --  Bill Gill
