Clubhouse Rentals & Parties

The Clubhouse is for the Use and Benefit of it's Members 

Members may reserve the Clubhouse for private functions on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-members must be sponsored by a member or approved by the LNSRC Board. In this case, the sponsoring member MUST BE present for the duration of the event. Consider LNSRC’s Clubhouse for your next birthday party, reception, or baby shower.

Rent our Shade Sail space or tent for your next pool party. What is more fun than a party at the pool for your next birthday, sports banquet, or church function?

Clubhouse Rental Policies/Rules

Only LNSRC Members can rent the clubhouse.
  1. A Google document must be completed to request the time and date of the event.  Once submitted, LNSRC staff will reach out for confirmation and special requests. A $100.00 deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled two (2) weeks or less prior to the event. Any portion of this fee that shall be used for damage and/or cleaning will be left to the Manager’s discretion and can be all or any amount up to $100.00, but will not exceed $100.00.
  2. NO Event will continue after 11pm.​
  3. All events ending before 10pm will have the option of providing their own cleaning service or elect for the club to clean. Should the renter elect to clean after their event, they will have up to 12 hours from the ending of the party to do so. A cleaning service can be provided for an additional $75.00 fee. This service will include the vacuuming of all the areas that are used, wiping down of all kitchen surfaces, cleaning the bathrooms and mopping the tiled floors.
  4. Parties with pool usage after 9:00 PM will pay an additional $100.00/hour. Pool parties will be terminated at 11:00 PM.
  5. All parties with more than 100 people attending will be charged an additional $100.00 to ensure proper staffing and member safety.
  6. All renters must agree to be responsible for the items specifically noted in the Google Doc agreement​
LNSRC Pool Party Policy

Event Rules
  1. Events need a minimum of 48 hours to be scheduled.
  2. Event hours are 12pm until 9pm. Events may continue until 11pm only with specific approval of the Club Management and will be charged an additional $100.00/hour. No event will continue after 11pm.
  3. Absolutely NO GLASS is permitted within the facility.
  4. Each event coordinator is solely responsible for the conduct of the attendees in their event. All attendees must conform to LNSRC Club Rules.
Rental Areas:

​Shade Sail (10-20 people)
  • $100 for 2 hrs
Green Tent (30-50 people)
  • $125 for 2 hrs
Clubhouse (Only weather proof area)
  • $100 per hour
  • $100 deposit to reserve
  •  Backyard rental ($25), cleanup service ($75), early bird entry for setup ($50), large parties, extended hours, etc

Please contact the club directly.  They will be dealt with on a case by case scenario.  Additional fees will apply. 

  • Guards ($55 hour)
  • Clean up service ($75 dollars)
