2024 Swim Team Practice Schedule

Our Little Neck Blue Dolphins practice Monday-Friday during the season, with 4 practice time slots each day. Practices are held in the afternoons prior to Virginia Beach City Public Schools' last day of school. Practices are held in the mornings for the remainder of the season.

4:15-5:00pm (6U ONLY)
5:00-5:45pm
5:45-6:30pm
6:30-7:15pm

7:45-8:30am
8:30-9:15am
9:15-10:00am

At the start of the season, you will receive an email every Friday with a link to a weekly sign-up genius to reserve your timeslots for practices the following week. This allows our coaches to limit the number of swimmers in each timeslot so that the lanes are not crowded and practice is more productive.  As we get further into the season, the sign-up requirement will likely be removed.

2024 Swim Meet Schedule

Our 2024 summer season will consist of four (4) regular season swim meets. Swimmers can participate in as many meets as they would like, but meet attendance is not required.

Saturday, June 29, 2024- Home meet VS Oceana
Saturday, July 6, 2024- Away meet @ Pembroke Meadows
Saturday, July 13, 2024- Away meet @ Club Brittany
Tuesday, July 16, 2024- Home meet VS Alanton


Saturday swim meets start at 8:00am with a check-in time of 7:15am
Weeknight meets start at 5:00pm with a check-in time of 4:15pm
